Briefing Event: 2020 State of the industry

On 26th of November a group of indysource members met at The Millèn Restaurant in Rotterdam to discuss the 2020 State of the Industry, the dinner was hosted by HCL. The goal of this event was to kick-off of the State of the Industry 2020 Survey on indysource member’s view on the market and changes in the market. In a lively discussion we drew a number of conclusions:

• We haven’t started the full deployment of Digital Transformation  
• Service providers should be willing to “Kill their darlings”  
• There is an opportunity for partnerships for Digital Transformation
