On 18 March a Webinar of the “The Digital Move” series took place with Sopra Steria on “Maturing DevOps through Co-sourcing at Belgian financial” 

The engagement started as a more traditional application managed services engagement. Sopra Steria was transforming the customer’s landscape from legacy applications to modern application tech environments and change of platform infrastructure

As of 2017 application services started moving to an Agile way of working, and to a collaborative managed services WoW with distributed tribe and squads in on-shore, near-shore and ad-hoc offshore locations

3 pillars: (1) One Team, being a mix of customer and Sopra Steria ; (2) Collaborative mindset, a true dialogue between parties with dedicated governance; (3) Shared objectives with Common/shared KPI's (down to squad level) between customer & Sopra Steria. 

Objective: focus on continuous improvements to decrease time to market
