On 2 September 16:30-17:30 the indysource Members had a Heart2Heart Webinar with Cognizant and their partner VGZ on "RPA &  Business Process Transformation @ VGZ". During this webinar, Vincent Dolfin - Regional Lead Insurance Consulting Benelux at Cognizant, Tim Vink - Delivery lead at Cognizant, and Jordy Haven - Product owner at VGZ, tried to inspire the Members with their personal stories on the inception of RPA at VGZ, the journey within the organization, and the drivers of success.

Back in 2017 VGZ & Cognizant partnered together to see how they could use the technological possibilities of RPA to support or even drive their Business Process Transformation Program. Together they will present the ins & outs of their journey, what makes it a success story, provide unique insights, and valuable learnings that hopefully inspire others to pursue similar ambitions.   

Curious how a technical experiment with RPA led to a fundamental acceleration and digital transformation of customer & operations processes at a major health insurance company? During the indysource webinar, Cognizant and VGZ jointly presented their successful journey on how they enrolled RPA at the customer & operations department. And how that helped to spark a fundamental acceleration and digital transformation of the core business processes. Typical drivers of success were highlighted, for example how to select processes suitable for RPA, how to work together between supplier and vendor, how to monitor business value, and how to continuously fill the development pipeline. And they also shared their most important learnings that they picked up along our way. At the end we had some very good questions asked by the Members.
