On 6 July our Members had the opportunity to join the "Heart2Heart" indysource Webinar Event, with TCS. We went over a case study on the journey of a relationship that brought mutual value for TCS and a large grocery retailer and raised the bar together. The relationship started in 2017 as a consolidation of services and has already exceeded the high expectations that were set out during the start of the engagement. This mutual trusted partnership exceeded expectations by elevating the maturity of the whole ecosystem through a high level of automation. The success of this relationship also helped both the partners to explore other areas and expand the footprint to provide similar benefits. This case covered the results, the process through which this was achieved, best practices and lessons learned along the way.
